Company «IPNET» proposes the development of lighting control automation – “Module C” and the decisions based on it, to ensure the management and external architectural lighting small and medium-sized objects:

  • Outdoor and architectural lighting of the building,
  • Lighting of adjoining territories,

Street lighting a small settlement.
Decisions are based on the principle of scalability, allowing you to increase the number of modules in an automated lighting control system. AGFCS “Module C” stands out a wide variety of control modes. Depending on external factors, the location and personal preferences the customer can choose one of five management modes of street lighting:

  • Manual. It is carried out by the operator. Mode is designed for testing performance lighting lines and forced management in emergency situations.
  • Scheduled. Turning on and off the lighting is carried out at a predetermined time.
  • Automatic Sensor lighting. Depending on the current ambient light level and the minimum threshold system itself controls the lighting.
  • Office of sunrise / sunset. Based on the geographical coordinates of a controller hardware calculates the time of sunrise and sunset at a specific date and in accordance with the received data controls lighting. To compensate for actual sunrise / sunset time differences from the calculation, for example, due to the terrain, the correction factors are provided.
  • Combined operation of outdoor lighting control system. When this mode is possible to isolate a few lines as a duty, for which the light sensor signals will be a priority, for example, signals of schedule. It is used in the event that changing weather conditions can seriously affect the illumination, as well as for lighting of premises during working hours.

At the request of the customer hardware and software system AGFCS equipped with electric power meters. In this embodiment, operating the service are able to:

  • keep track of electricity consumed;
  • control the quality of electricity;
  • promptly receive reports of blown lamps lighting;
  • monitor unauthorized connection to the load line.

By “Module C” can be connected to up to 32 lighting lines.
By default, provided the connection lines to the lighting AGFCS over Ethernet, can additionally be equipped with GPRS / GSM / 3G-modem or Wi-Fi access point.
To conserve power, perhaps a partial shutdown of lamps at night in cases where the number of people in the facility is reduced.

Based on “Module C” offers two solutions using the versatile Automation and OPC technologies are functional, cost.

The first solution is a simplified version of outdoor lighting management system. Controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC). SCADA-controller system is developed in the programming environment, and is loaded into its nonvolatile memory. This version of SCADA-system comprises a visualization of the most appropriate indicators. Manager of outdoor lighting control system through a web browser loads from the PLC “Module C” screen form with the current readings are displayed in real time. Each module is displayed in a separate browser window. The system turns a simple, reliable and relatively cheap due to the integration of visual controls in controller memory. It is used in case there is no need to create a complete SCADA-system.

AGFCS “Module-C” is performed with varying degrees of protection:

  • By default, the basic configuration for installation in the premises of a controller used equipment with an operating range at temperatures from 0 to + 50 ° C.
  • For outdoor use:
    1. for temperate climate regions (Y, Y1) with operating temperature range of -20 to + 50 ° C set controllers with extended temperature range;
    2. for areas with cold temperate and cold climate (UHL, CL) cabinets are equipped with heating devices and equipment with a controller operating temperature range from -40 to + 80 ° C.
